→Staff have been supporting mission-critical environments for over 15 years
- Average experience of each Engineer is 12 years
- Technicians and Call Center Agents complete an average of 6 weeks mandatory soft/skills and technology training each year
- Technicians and engineers are CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Server+, and PDI+ certifications
- Average sales consultant experience and tenure is 15 years
- All sales consultants complete formal solutions sales training & certifications
